Objetives: The "Master in Management" offers quality training in management and business management techniques, with case studies applied in each module, distinguishing between operations in multinational companies and small family businesses (SMEs). Teaching is in English and there are two versions, blended and online. The programme includes six optional modules of specific subjects aimed at deepening knowledge of sectors such as education, health, audiovisual production, cultural management, innovation management and new business management strategies.

Modules of the programme:

6 Common Core Subjects (6 ETCS per Module, 36 ETCS in total):

• Module 1.- Fundamentals of economics.

• Module 2.- Accounting and Corporate Financial Management

• Module 3.- Marketing Operations and Tools

• Module 4.- Organisational and Administrative Management

• Module 5.- Human Resources Management

• Module 6.- Applied Management Tools

   

Specialisation: 2 subjects (6 ETCS per specialisation):

– Specialisation in Business Management

• Module 8: Advanced Financial Management Models
